Overview

Culture governs how people behave within an organization. As a safety professional, understanding, influencing, and motivating an organization’s culture is essential to promoting and sustaining health and safety efforts.

Join the AIHA APS in April to learn more about safety culture and motivation from Marianne Levitsky and to delve into topics of applied organizational psychology with Dr. Shelley Delano Parker.

Speakers

Marianne Levitsky, CIH, is a senior associate with ECOH, an Ontario consulting firm,
and founding President of Workplace Health Without Borders.

Dr. Shelley Delano Parker is NB Power’s Industrial Psychologist working within the
Corporate Health & Safety group since 2010.
